Layby interest-free holidays!
Roxby Travel and Cruise is pleased to offer our customers the affordable and convenient way to pay for travel - TravelPay!
With TravelPay you can lock in the exchange rate, the best price or ‘earlybird’ deals now without the big upfront cost. Pay for your travel over 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 10 interest-free monthly installments on your credit/debit card, without having to apply for a loan or a separate card.
TravelPay can be used for any travel booking, as long as the last installment is at least 14 days before your departure date.
How does TravelPay lock in the exchange rate and best price?
TravelPay forwards the full amount of your travel costs to Roxby Travel and Cruise, so we can lock in your booking at current prices and exchange rates.
What does TravelPay cost?
TravelPay charges a $100 establishment fee ($200 for 10-month option), and applies a 2.5% card processing fee to each payment. With the 10 month option you must pay 20% of the travel cost on the 1st installment.
Which of my cards can I use with TravelPay?
Visa or MasterCard Credit or any debit card is acceptable.
How to arrange TravelPay layby
- Roxby Travel and Cruise makes your reservation
- We complete the form with all your details and send it to TravelPay
- TravelPay processes your first installment and the establishment fee to your card and then forwards the full payment for your travel to Roxby Travel and Cruise
- We book and confirm your travel booking
- After your final installment has been paid, TravelPay notifies us and we release your travel documents
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
If your booking terms permit, you can arrange any minor changes with us at Roxby Travel and Cruise. If you need to cancel your booking or make major changes, please advise us as soon as possible.
Using TravelPay does not alter the cancellation terms of your booking. If you cancel, you will receive a refund of your installment payments less any amount that is non-refundable by Roxby Travel and Cruise or the supplier. TravelPay establishment and card processing fees are non-refundable and there is a TravelPay cancellation fee of $250.
We strongly advise travel insurance to cover you for unforeseen circumstances outside your control - peace of mind in the event that your travel has to be cancelled or rearranged, and covering you for lost luggage and medical expenses etc., while you are travelling.
